We left Isleworth School last Wednesday, full of anticipation, excited to participate in the challenges of camp.
A great time was had by all on our 2017 camp at Living Springs. We'd like to send a huge thank you out to our wonderful camp parents, without whom we would not have had such a positive experience. The weather held out for us, and we were able to participate in a range of challenging activities, designed to make us think, bond and grow.It was lovely walking around the coastline from Governor's Bay to the Living Springs farm. Along the way, we saw some native birds, found an egg, crabs and shells and saw some stunning rock formations. We learned that this area was made from volcanoes. From the farm, we puffed our way up the hill, relieved when we finally arrived.
Over the course of the camp, we experienced orienteering, team games, climbing wall, archery, shooting, outdoor survival and low ropes... firsts for many of our children.
