Wairere will walk to Ōrauwhata Library next Tuesday morning.

We aim to explore a part of our community next week, when students from Wairere walk to Bishopdale Library.

We have been liaising with librarian, Mary, and have arranged for two separate groups to enjoy a session down at the library on Tuesday 15 May.  We aim to find out about Bishopdale's history and investigate how we are part of Bishopdale's community in modern times.  One group will leave school at 9:10am  and the second group will leave here about 10:40am.  We will each spend about 45 mins at the library.

The trip is on regardless of weather, so please make sure your child has a jacket, if the weather is cold, or wet.

We are looking for a couple of parents to help us to supervise each session.  If you are available, please let Fiona know before the end of this week.
