Details:Tūhono Competitive Kapa Haka Finals will be held at Middleton Grange School, 80 Suva Street, in the new gymnasium on Friday 2nd November at 6pm. There are four competing schools in the finals: Isleworth, Middleton, Wairakei and Saint Andrews.
Girls will need to arrive back at Isleworth School by 4.30pm to change and have their hair done. Boys will need to arrive at 4.45pm to change. The bus will depart school at 5.10pm to leave for the venue. Please, could you ensure that your child has had food and been to the toilet before arrival? They will also need a warm zip off top to take with them and slip on shoes e.g. jandals, scuffs etc.
Tickets for spectators five years and above are $2 each and payable at the door. We will travel back to school by bus which departs at 7pm. You should pick your child up from Isleworth School, Room 1 at 7:20pm. If you wish for your children to stay on with you, please let us know before the day and you can collect them from a staff member. Please do not take your child without letting one of the teachers in charge know.
